Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to read that you remain unhappy with your experience.

We are pleased to hear that Warner provided an excellent service during the sales process, and we will make sure this feedback is passed on to him.

Following the concerns you raised after collection, the matter was reviewed through the appropriate repair process before you chose to return the vehicle within the relevant return period. We appreciate this was not the outcome you had hoped for when purchasing the car.

We also understand there was confusion around the refund amount. This was reviewed once raised with us, and the outstanding difference was processed to put this right.

We are sorry for the frustration this caused and for any inconvenience experienced during the return and refund process. Your feedback has been noted and will be reviewed internally to help improve how similar cases are handled.

A senior member of our Customer Experience Team will be in touch to discuss this further.
