Visited HiQ Aylesbury yesterday needing urgent repairs to brakes on works van. They literally squeezed me in today and did an amazing job to get me back home tomorrow others I would have been stuck and unable to drive home. Cannot thank them enough for their help. Thanks again

HiQ in Aylesbury were fantastic. Called Saturday morning to ask for a quote for front pads and disks on my Fiesta. Chris swiftly answered the phone and gave me a great price. To my elation he then told me he could book me in same day, after I drove over he greeted me and told me it would be a couple of hours. He called me to let me know and parked my car out the front ready for me. Alex's work on the car was fantastic also. Can't say thanks to these guys enough. Been there before and will certainly be back.

I fearfully coaxed the unhealthy car in to see Chris, Alex and the team at HiQ Aylesbury on Saturday. A quick diagnosis same-day and it was fixed and ready to drive away by Monday. Great friendly service and it came to less than expected when the invoice was produced. I'll be using you guys regularly from now on.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.... Went for MOT on 3rd May 24, unnecessarily failed MOT on some filmsy grounds, the moment I saw the failed MOT report, I knew something was not right. HiQ kept on stressing to get the car repaired at their workshop with big estimate. I took the car to my trusted garage for inspection, everything was fine with some minor advisories, which were resolved. So better avoid these guys for MOT and repair, as they will fail the MOT and will try to extract money by doing unnecessary repairs!

I would like recommend this garage to anyone who has a problem with a car. Chris definitely know what his is doing as you can see from his many years of experience. Very professional approach, good and quick diagnostic, awesome service !

Having struggled to find someone to help with my Hyundai, HiQ were amazing in seeing me quickly and then helping solve a major issue with my car. The communication was great as Chris was very willing to help me get my car back as quickly as possible but ensuring the job was completed to the best result.

I would like to recommend HiQ autocentre for dealing with my car issue. Especially, I can not thank enough Chris(manager) for going extra mile with my problem. None of the garages I contacted in Aylesbury could not sort out issue with TPMS wheel sensors for my Lexus, however, Chris sorted everything out. Thank you Chris I truly appreciate your help, from now on I will be your regular customer.

Aylesbury branch staff were very friendly. Picked up and dropped off the car exactly when they said they would. I was served by Ellie and my Technician was Chris.

Excellent friendly service. It was Chris and Ellie who kindly supported me with replacing the damaged tires in a very short notice and got me back on the road in no time. Their service very much appreciated and I strongly recommend them.

Today I had a full service and MOT on my car, the customer service along with the price was excellent. Chris at HiQ Aylesbury was very friendly and had my car back to me within a decent time frame.

Saved me around 2 months ago when no other garage would fix my car, they took the job on, spent ages sourcing a part and fixed the issue. Customer service is spot on, lady in reception goes out of her way to make you feel at ease, welcomed and well looked after. Mechanics did a fantastic job.
Today second time visiting for a different issue, Chris looked after me. Lovely to see a garage turn around and become amazing. Thank you 😀

Excellent service from HiQ. Collected my car on time. Really friendly staff. My car failed its MOT, but they kept it to work on it. As it was a Friday, I was worried I wouldn't get the car back until Monday, but they fixed it the next day and delivered it back to me, keeping in constant communication the entire time. Reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
