Car booked in to replace wheel hub. Day before coolant plastic unit broke. They immediately sourced the OEM part and repaired while replacing wheel hub. During wheel hub replacement identified that the front brake pads were very thin. Sourced OEM part and replaced.
Prompt, professional, courteous and friendly service by all involved.

Taken my vehicle there for 9 years for MOT and tyres. But won't be using them again. Needed MOT done urgently, booked a appointment only to be told when I arrived they would not MOT it because it had items in the back and they couldn't check the back seats. It has never had back seats in it and has gone through for the last 9 MOT'S. Has now caused me great stress and anxiety.

I booked two tyres through Blackcircle to be fitted at the Bodmin branch. I hate taking my car anywhere for work as I always worry about hidden extras and I don't know enough about cars to ask pertinent questions. I've been to Bodmin HiQ previously and once again they were fantastic. Polite, friendly and efficient. The technician who did my car went above and beyond, I'm afraid I didn't get his name, apologies. Great sevice with a great team. Thank you.

I was very pleased with my experience with HiQ, they were helpful, friendly, very professional and communicated very well throughout, I couldn’t fault them.

Welcoming, knew why I was there and was able to add another service while my car was there, and not have to reschedule.

Rang up to book an MOT and was surprised to be offered a slot for the following day.
I admit part of me did wonder if having space at short notice meant they weren't busy and if that was a reflection on their work, but I think I was just lucky because I cannot fault the service I received. The cost of everything was explained and they checked if I was happy for them to go ahead before carrying out work. I received good advice and clear explanations which I was grateful for.
I would happily use HiQ again

Polite efficient service. Needed a flat tyre solution. Was able to fit me in there n then. Job done a call back within 2 hours. Very polite staff all the way through the job.

The service was good although there was confusion caused when they priced up tyres for me as they told me the price but didn't say per tyre which was a shock when it came to payment, I will use again as the work was good and staff were friendly, just could have been a bit clearer with communication

Got my van seen too straight away, the issues were explained well and costs were discussed before the work started, lads were friendly, would use this garage again

HiQ recently sorted our car. The team is reliable, professional, and I trust them completely with my car. It’s great knowing I can count on them every time.

First time i have used HiQ following my daughter’s recommendation. Booking in was easy and they fitted 2 new premium tyres on time and quickly.
Tyres were competitively priced and overall great service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

Limping into the Bodmin branch after suffering a flat tyre on a road trip to Cornwall over 250 miles from home. The team ordered a replacement run flat tyre moments before closing to arrive next day.

After storing my car overnight the tyre arrived as promised, however on closer inspection it was found to be that I had suffered a cracked alloy wheel and there was no way to inflate the tyre and I would have to have the car trailered to a location for repair.

The team stepped up recommending local companies to help with the wheel repair, however there was no one available to assist.
The team stored my car securely for another night until my car could be recovered.

The way the HiQ Bodmin team helped out in a stressful moment is greatly appreciated by my partner and I.

The guys where a great help, worked around my availability, to drop off the car and to pick up the car, even got a good price on the work needed to get the car through the mot

Fantastic 1st class service for car.

Said they couldn’t do the work needed on my car because they couldn’t get BMW parts - they knew it was a BMW before I took it in…

Awful service awful attitude avoid at all costs.

Was able to fit me in at a short notice. The work was carried out in its lotted time. On picking up my car the staff was friendly.

Excellent service ,work done the same day I took it up,phone call to let me know work that needed to be done and price ,the lads up there are really friendly too,highly recommend this garage ,hard working honest people
