Staff is always very friendly and very helpful, always trying to fit in you in as soon as possible and they're explaining everything they do to your car. I always go back to them

Fast service nice to deal with and take care of everyone's car to a high standard regardless of the job or value of the vehicle .. £200 micra treated the same as a 150,000 Mercedes

Nothing is a problem, easy to drop off and pick up, fair pricing and good service.
Even when I was difficult to get hold of and rang back late all staff worked hard and still managed to get my car finished in time.

Excellent and simple.

Everything staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble was able to sit and wait for my courtesy car to arrive

Went into the branch in Bodmin for a free check, When car returned engine cover was missing. When I phoned up to ask where it was, I was first told that it came in without one, then 10 minutes later was told that it definitely did have one on and they definitely remember it being on when it left the garage. I told them it is too big to fall through the engine gap, and as it isn't here then it must not have been replaced. I was then told that it only clips on and must have fallen off. This is not true. i was then told that the engine cover is purely cosmetic and I don't need one! Again not true. I then contacted HiQ customer service, who quickly emailed me that customer service was very important to them and it was being referred to the Regional Manager. That was over a month ago, and with 3 more additional emails, I have had no reply and still have not got my engine cover back. Do not go there!

I booked an MOT online for £40, but when I had it done, the garage charged £45. They told me that this was the standard charge and that they could not do anything about it.
I contacted customer service to complain about this and 4 weeks later they haven't even bothered to respond.
I know it is only £5, but it is still dishonest.
A company to avoid in future I think.

The team at Hi-Q Bodmin are always professional and personable. They’ve been very accommodating in the past when urgent work has been needed and can be trusted to give an honest opinion if asked.

Took car in for a wheel alignment and one tyre, they said it would take about one hour to do and that they would phone me when it was ready. Fifty five minutes later I got the phone call that it was ready to collect.

Put my car in for a full service and MOT. They always great there, warm and welcoming. As a women I find garages intimidating but at HiQ I never feel like that. I always go to this garage I feel they do a fantastic job on my car for a good price and friendly.

Excellent service. Took my car in for front brake pads as mine were graunchy. I got a call to tell me that the pads were fine and didn't need replacing, they could have replaced them and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. They also cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes for a reasonable £45. Have already booked in for the impending MOT.

Turned up on spec with a flat tyre at 4:30pm. Even though they were very busy they managed to fit my campervan spare wheel to get me to the campsite. By 10:30 the next day they had obtained a new tyre, fitted it on the wheel and invited me back to swap the wheels over again. Excellent service, thanks especially to Stuart!
