After a little misunderstanding,the team at Brandon HiQ sorted the issue and fitted a new tyre quickly and effectively which was needed so we could travel back to Nottingham.Dominic was very apologetic and helpful and Rhyden on reception was very friendly. Mark the technician was also very knowledgeable at what he does. Thanks again 👍🏻

Puncture sorted in half hour whilst I waited. Served by Rhyden, technician Mark. Superb service as always over the years.

Fantastic service at Weeting Tyres (Brandon, Suffolk). The team there really know their stuff, friendly folks giving great service at perfect prices. They know me and my car, don’t mess around and always do a grand job. Would highly recommend!

I went to HiQ tyres & autocare, Brandon to get 4 new tyres for my Audi. From the moment I walked in I was acknowledged in a friendly manner, dealt with quickly & efficiently and booked return visit to fit tyres. I believed I got a very good price compared to other quotes I had got locally. On day I had tyres fitted I waited in the reception area and Rhydon arranged for two fitters to work on my car so I didn't have to wait too long. Overall very good service, price and workmanship.

I noticed that I had a flat tyre so I went to HiQ in Brandon Suffolk. Rhyden was on the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful, he got his team to put the spare on my car and ordered a new tyre for me right then. He then told me to come back the next morning and they will fit, balance and check the pressure of the other tyres.
Mark was the one that fitted the spare and replaced the new tyre, he was very quick and efficient.

Exceptional service from the Brandon office, formally known as Weeting Tyres. Rhyden was exceptionally helpful, polite, courteous and professional when dealing with me on the phone and in person. Maric the technician was super quick and highly proficient. Car was taken in on time, worked on and handed back with no fuss, hanging around or hassle. Highly recommended and will definately return for more work in the future.

Great service. Booked in by Dominic who was very helpful and informative. Served by Andi who was very friendly. Spoke to 2 mechanics, Mark and another lad who's name I didn't get but is a pigeon fancier, where both friendly. They all seemed to love working at the Brandon, Suffolk, HiQ,(Weeting Tyres) Tyres and Autocare.

After having trouble with air in my rear right tyre since last summer and being told by Kwik Fit I needed 4 new tyres which I didn’t have done, my car passed its MOT a few months later but I suspected I had a slow puncture so I finally plucked up the courage and went to HiQ today and they were absolutely amazing especially Josh. He checked the pressure in my tyres and made me feel so at ease so I asked him if he would be able to see if it could be fixed or would I need a new one. Within 20 minutes it was all sorted and cost me £26 but would have been nearly £500 at Kwik Fit!!!!! There are companies out there who will take advantage of women but not this one. I’ll definitely go back in future and would recommend them 100% to everyone. Thank you so much Josh and also to Rhyden.

I was given excellent service and advice from HiQ Tyres & Autocare on buying 4 tyres for my Ford Focus car by Dominic and was served by Rhyden, who was very polite and friendly and the technician was Mark who fitted my tyres.
All in all it was exceptional service I received by all staff and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Dom was fantastic! I requested an alignment for my tires and he was honest enough to inform me of a bad ball bearing that would make the alignment pointless thus saving me money.
His honesty and team’s professionalism would bring me back again for another visit!

Had my tyres replaced here via black circles and I have to say that these guys were fantastic and very friendly and efficient!!

Manager Rhyden and vehicle technicians Mark and Will at HIQ tyres and autocare in Brandon were great. Excellent customer service and very quick and efficient at replacing my tyres, 10/10 will use them again.

Dominic was a very friendly and helpful guy! Was in and out of the shop super quick as the team were only remounting an old rim onto a new tire. Wonderful customer service!
