I thought I might need a new car battery and went to the Brandon, Suffolk branch. I was happy to book the car in and bring it back especially as they were busy. However, they checked the battery straightaway, told me I did need a new one. It was ordered from the local supplier and fitted barely fifteen minutes later. Fantastic service and a pleasure to do business with them. Shout out to Rhyden and Will.

Online mobile tyre replacement service was easy to book. Service the day of was great as well. The only issue I had was the confirmation of my mobile appointment. Since the shop did not have a home address on file for my booking, no call was given to obtain it. I had to call HiQ personally to ensure my tyre appointment was still valid.

Three days later, HiQ replaced my worn out tyre valve that was broken; free of charge. Thank you for looking out for a customer.

Tyres were ordered easily on line and staff in branch were professional all went as arranged

Andy was nice was nice and pleasant but other staff were not very polite and the other staff were obnoxious and arrogant

Fantastic work completed by Jason the mobile fitter of Weeting Tyres Brandon, very efficient and fast replacement of my 4 Tyres. The HiQ management system could do with being tweaked slightly as all communication seemed to imply that I was expected to visit the branch for the mobile fitting.

I ordered 2 tyres paperwork said 2 tyres, get to the depot only 1 tyre???? Should have been simple. Had to drive 50 miles instead of 25 miles & waste 2 hours, fantastic, well done, thanks a lot!! Black Circles next time
