Excellent Service
I took my wife's car into this garage this morning as she was very concerned about 1 of the front tyres which appeared to be flat .It was still driveable.The tyre was removed and carefully examined and was found to be not faulty.The staff were very helpful and I was not charged.I have used this garage before for tyre replacement and I have always had excellent advice and service

Annual MOT test
Hi-Q fitted our car in for an MOT next day. They sourced & replaced the rear tyres with ease.

HIQ Tyres And Autocare
I have used HIQ Tyres And Autocare in Out Northgate, Bury St Edmunds.
I thoroughly recommend them. They always do an excellent job with my car, in a really quick time, have everything done professionally, and always charge me a reasonable rate.
Once I needed to replace my windscreen washer pump. They gave me an estimate before they started, when they finished they charged me less than the estimate! I can't say better than that!

The team at HiQ are very accommodating and went out of their way to help me out of a tight spot and get my car sorted very quickly. Really can’t fault them and their customer service is faultless. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend them.

Greeted by name. Friendly staff. Given price before work begun. Had a problem with a small panel that had dropped down which was rectified free of charge. All round good service.

Prompt service. Was a planned appointment for MOT this time however used HIQ lots before. Always helpful. Great communication. Would always recommend!
