Evesham depot.
Arrived for a prebooked appointment, no spaces available to park parked half in half out of the garage doors. I thought it'd be okay because there were no cars in garage and my vehicle was due to go in. Walked into reception and immediately got a bollocking for entering the garage, as I was not insured......!
In the world i grew up in, if you choose to be rude to a customer they're likely to walk away. So, I walked away.

Fantastic service , had a puncture and these guys were amazing , great service and great price

They were quick to sort out an error in my tyre identification and got the tyres changed the very next day. Very friendly as well and appreciated my having the wheel locking nut ready.

Thank you Lee. He managed to fit us in last minute to change our caravan tyre. They were efficient and i would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service! I phoned up with a serious oil issue on my car, the manager said to pop the car in and they would have a look at it. I was there 5 minutes later, they had the car straight up on the ramp and within half an hour the issue was resolved. Fantastic service and I am so grateful for how quickly they helped and sorted out the issue for me. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!! Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are the best!

I took my Daughter's car in today to the Evesham branch to have a brake light bulb replaced. Very friendly welcome and fantastic service with the job completed within ten minutes! Will undoubtedly return and would definitely recommend.

The wonderful and helpful staff in Evesham saved my vacation today when I burst my left front tire on the roadside going to Lower Slaughter on Snowshill Rd! As an American trying to adapt to driving on the left-hand side of the road, I veered to the left when an oncoming vehicle sped towards me on the narrow lane and I hit a rock bursting my left front tire. Luckily, I had purchased roadside assistant insurance through enterprise leasing when I picked up the car and Enterprise promptly sent out their local auto service tech within the hour, who put a temporary tire on the car and he found that the team at Evesham could help me and then he led me to the great staff in Evesham who replaced my tire within an hour putting me back on track to enjoy my limited time in the Cotswolds. Friendly, professional, and prompt service! I am so grateful to the local Enterprise Leasing representative and the kind folks at HQ Tires in Evesham who turned a potential vacation disruption into a “bump in the road”. A million thanks and congratulations to everyone who so ably assisted me!!

I visited the Evesham store on Monday 24/02/25 at 9:05 am.
There was no staff member present in reception and no bell to ring for attention. I waited 5 minutes and then gently tapped twice on the reinforced glass window that overlooked the mechanics area as I could see a staff member with his back to me across the floor.
After I knocked a different staff member came into reception and put his personal mobile phone into his pocket. I started to explain why I was at the store but he interrupted me saying 'you should not knock on the window as it has a crack in it and might shatter!'
I found his attitude very passive aggressive and it shocked me. He was clearly annoyed at my interrupting his personal phone call. I said that I thought he was rude. He did apologise and said that he did not want me to get hurt by smashed glass!
I left at this point and will not use the Evesham store again.
I do need to point out that there was no warning notice on the window and it is made of safety glass. I am sure that if it was dangerous it would have been replaced and/or a warning notice placed on it.

I emailed HiQ's customer service on 25/02/25 about my complaint and, as of today, have not had a response.

Yet again, Lee & the team were our saviours. Amazing service with a smile to sort out a problem we had👍

Took my car in with a flat tyre, they had the new tyre on within an hour and a half. Excellent service and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend

I have only given them a one star because I can’t go any lower. Car taken to Evesham branch for two tyres to be changed . When started car to drive home ,tyre pressure warning light was on.they told me this was normal and it would go off after time.two more visit back to Evesham branch light still on .so I decided to take it to a different tyre fitter . they told me the tyre pressure sensor was smashed.from bad tyre fitting.when I complained to their complaint’s department and have been fobbed off for the last four months.all I was asking for was to be reimbursed for the smashed sensor.l have sent them loads of proof still no answer after this length of time.hope you don’t get problems with bad workmanship from this branch. because they don’t want to put things right.

They could fit me in streight away for a tyre change.. emergency as due to travel on the motorway.. Showed me the screw in the tyre and gave me great price for the change. Cheaper than Quotes at Halfords!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Changed the tyre in record time.
