Friendly and helpful service.

Good service but had to wait for the afternoon delivery. Might want to have a statement on the online booking about booking same day fitting I.e having to wait until later. Otherwise all good! 👍🏼

Great staff. Told me awaiting tyre delivery no. BS. Just honest facts. I can live with that. Once in it was ready in 15 minutes. Price as on line quote

Two tyre replacements took 3 hours. There was no communication until the end

Booked in at 3:45 to have one tyre changed and an HOUR later am still sitting here with it still not done..... 😡

To be fair there were only 2 staff members who were very polite and did apologise for the wait

We had an amazing experience with them after a little hiccup with bookings and other bits the honesty that was provided alone with the fantastic service and advice is something you don’t get very often anymore I can say for sure we will always be using them in the future

Went into HIQ Evesham needing the air con recharged. Other similar retailers had told me that there was a waiting list and that i needed to make an appointment but they fitted me in straight away. Kept me fully informed of what they were doing and job completed in a very reasonable time. Pleasant and friendly staff and gave the impression that nothing would be too much trouble and that they were always keen to do the best they can. Air Con now works perfectly. HiQ in Evesham have a very good 'vibe' about them, total professionalism and i would certainly recommend again and use again.

Ordered a tyre online and made a booking was so simple. I was greeted by Marvin who was very professional and welcoming.
I asked for some advice about price of tyres and wear and tear etc and got a very clear and demonstrated answer.
100% would recommend and will be the only place I go.

The online booking asked for am or pm, I booked pm email from depot said at least 30 minutes before closing at 5.30pm. arrived at 4.40pm and told it was rather late as starting to close down at 5pm and 2 other customers still to do. I did get tyre fitted in the end but rather confusing messages.

Booked online and fixed a date for tyre fitting but on the due date was told tyres were not available. Agreed that I would receive a call when tyres were delivered but this did not happen, I had to physically visit the garage to confirm. Tyre fitting also took twice as long as suggested when the car was handed over. I was very surprised to find that the seat on the front passenger side had been flattened and not put back to original position. No reason why this was tampered with in the first place for a tyre change. Also, screw holding the spare wheel was not put back and left in the boot, therefore the spare wheel was unsecure on receipt of car. Seemed more eager for payment quickly than providing careful service. Would avoid using in the future.

So glad I went there instead of going back to a car trader that sold me a faulty car. Guys at HiQ inspected the car and fixed the issue very promptly gaining another happy customer. I will be back for sure (hopefully only for service and mot ;)) thank you again!!

Really helpful and supportive, I am female and don't know much about cars, but felt they did what was needed to make my car safe regarding tyres.

Good price for great tyres and nice fitting experience.

Booked my car in today with a severe engine misfire. After initial diagnostic, one of the mechanics was very attentive and quick to replace all the spark plugs. When this didn't quite solve the issue, he was just as quick to replace one of the ignition coils, which then cured the issue. Thank Christ he was there to do so, as the young chap who did the first diagnostic, his "professional advice", after I'd informed him it had recently had its MOT done, was to take the car back to the garage and basically kick off at them and demand free parts and labour, because he wasn't prepared to take responsibility for any further work. The 5* is for the excellent bloke who actually fixed my car on the spot. The other guy would get a 1* because he would've charged me for a diagnostic, then let me drive away with a badly misfiring car, which would've caused irreversible damage to the engine.

Fantastic service, great team, went in with a slow puncher, sorted very quickly, would highly recommend using HIQ
