Pre-booked tyre for saturday

Pre-booked tyre for saturday, turned up at 07:55, presented print-off and was asked when I would like it done. I said it's out front, was told only 2 on duty today. Eventually did it straight away saying manager had not put it in the book.

Easy online path, appointment confirmed and followed instructions. Turned up, 20 minutes later all done.

Took car in a day early by mistake

Took car in a day early by mistake. Gents sorted things out for us without any hassle. My goto choice for car stuff in Horley.

Booked online at short notice

Booked online at short notice, came in prepared to leave the car for the rest of the day given they were very busy and it was finished in just over an hour. Two tyre changes and re-alignment. Booking online also gave a receipt for cost in advance so I could shop around as needed and was aware of what I'd need to pay when picking up the car. Waiting room is clean, staff are super friendly.
