Always polite and professional and get the job done ! Never had an issue fabulous staff 👍

I had to pull off the M6 with a slow puncture at Lancaster.
I visited 2 other national companies who were quite frankly shocking and not helpful at all.
Luckily I then found HiQ who were amazing and couldn’t have been more professional and customer friendly.
Who ever the owner is I would like to say what a great team of people you have and they are a credit to you.
Don’t waste your time with any other tyre companies in Lancaster… these guys are the best by far.

I booked a tyre online and when I arrived at the branch there was no tyre in stock. This was 45 minutes to closing. The two lads on the desk were amazing and so helpful. They went to another branch to collect a tyre for me to get me back on the road. Cannot fault the customer service in the Lancaster branch. They were fantastic. Thank you!

HiQ we're amazing when I urgently needed my damaged bumper fixing recently & they didn't even charge me for it! I can't thank them enough.

Amazing service from these guys when I turned up today with a punctured tyre and no appointment. Thanks to them I was back on the road in 20 mins despite them being incredibly busy. Couldn't ask for more, comfy clean and warm waiting room, tv, coffee, biscuits and sofas. Brilliant thanks! Not all garages are like this.

HiQ in Lancaster really went the extra mile to fit in our tyre repair even though they were obviously under some pressure at the time. The repair has been entirely successful. And the staff made our wait very comfortable. Thanks especially to Jack who got it done.

As I was about to make a 4 hour round trip a warning light appeared on my dashboard for low coolant. I was about to pass HiQ (Lancaster) so I called in to ask for advice. Without an appointment, I was seen, and within 5 mins I had my coolant topped up but not only that, they noticed my oil and my washer fluid was low and topped them up also (unprompted). I was given a caramel latte whilst I waited, used the facilities and was also offered some sweets from their snack jar! To top it off and much to my absolute disbelief, there was no charge! I actually couldn't believe it. I felt like there must be a catch. What a refreshing experience and the lads were so friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend HiQ Lancaster for all of your auto care needs!! I will definitely be returning! Thank you very much guys! This was certainly very much appreciated!!

Brilliant friendly service! The staff were very helpful informing me by phone about my MOT and even sending text reminders for my appointment. HIQ are my regular car garage and I highly recommend them.

Came in the night before for tracking on my car, from the off the gentleman booking me in squeezed me in as I work in Blackpool which required me to need it doing ASAP and couldn’t do more to help! Met the lady owner extremely down to earth and helpful again!

Brought the car in early next day (08:30) was greeted well by Jack I believe? Again exceptional customer service had my tracking done and a blown bulb in 25 mins. Thanks guys definitely will be making this my usual garage.

Starting with Lindsay who answered our call for help, to Gary and then Sam who repaired a puncture so we could get to our weekend location, the entire experience was top notch. Friendly, courteous, honest, quick and a huge relief when the repair cost £22 rather than a new tyre quoted elsewhere at £260. Would absolutely recommend HiQ Lancaster. Thank you so much!

A top-class service like I have never experienced before at a garage in Lancaster. We were kept informed (without being patronised) and they were incredibly patient and understanding whilst I was panicking. We felt really looked after, even when being awkward because of needing to use the car, and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Took car (Audi TT) for new tyres after hitting a pothole which damaged tyres. They checked the car, identified and fixed structural damage at rear of car and replaced tyres. Prompt service and complimentary replacement of DRL bulb which had been out for a few weeks! :) All at Lancaster branch of HiQ

Brilliant customer service. Was told by another tyre firm I needed a new tyre. Hi Q repaired it and showed wonderful honesty. They also offered to come out first and inflate my flat tyre. That's excellent customer service.

I phoned in the morning regarding a tyre problem they said come round straight away, got there and was really busy and thought I’m going to be waiting a while.
