Very good service and tyre was ready on the day it was due.

Booked in for a full service and MOT. All professional and helpful. Good price too. Recommend!

No questions were left unanswered and explained in a considerate and professional manner.

This is the second time I've used HiQ. On this occasion it was for two tyres, previously a service. I went back to HiQ because the service carried out a few months ago seemed professional and careful, and I'm a bit precious about my car...! So needing two new tyres I did some research online to decide which brand and model based on the helpful EU originated tyre label criteria, and then checked HiQ prices which were competitive. Ordering online I received a fitting date two days hence. which was carried out while I waited and watched via CCTV. My car was treated well and I was happy with the result.

The service at Hi-Q is always excellent. Mike and his team are always professional, helpful, courteous and considerate. I have complete faith and trust in them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Hate shopping for tyres so simply checked out offerings online and was pleased to see a local branch so close to home that couid book us in without having to que like the old methods on a busy Saturday morning . I simply ordered and booked online with the wife simply dropping off the car earlier in the day and before the appointed time slot. The team soon had the wife back on the road with a hassel free experience without queue due to pre booking keep up the great work and value for money on branded tyres.

Price for the tyres was fine.
Work carried was fine.
However due to a delayed start to the booked time meant I waited for an hour plus before the car was ready

The guys at the Malvern branch give excellent service. Arrived at my appointment time and 20 minutes later left complete with a new tyre. Can’t do better than this. Tyre prices are also very competitive. Well done.

My mot was booked in promptly and within days - which was great! My car sadly failed the mot and I was asked to pay the fee. I had asked if it could be quoted for the work and when can work begin, to be given a "we won't be doing it, just need to go elsewhere". I felt they simply wanted a quick turnaround of vehicles without the fixing and big work.
