Visiting our son and his partner in Nottingham last weekend my front nearside tyre took a nasty knock and bubbled on the wall.
All tyre garages closed etc so booked a tyre fitting Monday afternoon on - line. Visited early as travelling to Scotland but tyre had only just been ordered for afternoon delivery, so was expecting a night drive to Scotland.
Not at all. The manager went out of his way to get my tyre and fit it all within a half hour and sent me packing with a cheerful smile.
A wonderful clean working workshop and happy crew. Well done all and thank you.

I had a flat tyre, I was unfamiliar with the area and found your garage. I was really desperate for a new tyre to be fitted as I was on a timed delivery. Glynn went out of his way to fit me in quickly and get me back out on the road as soon as possible. The service was excellent and I will definitely recommend you to other drivers I work with.

Great customer service from the Cinderhill Nottingham branch. Battery arrived within 10 minutes & fitted promptly & the battery change procedure fully explained on my stop start battery.

Today I had appointment for MOT, front tyres replacement and oil change. Unfortunately the MOT failed but the HiQ team managed to order the parts and replaced them to the end of the same day. So I am very thankful because passed the MOT and they saved me another trip to the garage.

After experiencing a very very flat tyre, HiQ was a recommended to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Glen (Glenis). The care and attention taking to fix or get another tyre without breaking the bank.

Glynn helped with the tyres on our car and was brilliant! Couldn’t recommend him and the garage enough.

I had a great experience, pre booked a tyre fitting due to a punctured tyre! They got on with the job straight away, didn’t have to wait 20mins all done. Great service, even parked my car close to the door in the torrential rain! Very friendly and efficient, thanks ☺️

Ordered a replacement tyre at 10am and it was fitted by 4pm. Very happy as this was an atypical size.

Unable to have tyre fitted on the day I originally booked as tyre was not delivered in time.
Rebooked for another day and tyre was fitted promptly with no problems.

Great staff , good service

Took the car in for MOT and it failed. Lights not bright enough and emissions too high.
I had visions of scrapping the car, but the mechanic put in an additive and took it for a spin. Emissions now really low.
BUT what impressed us most was the tremendous effort put in by a mechanic to brighten the headlights.
I could never have made such a brilliant job as him.
I always recommend this garage because everyone is friendly and polite and they treat our car with respect, but today exceeded all expectations.
Forget trying to remove the discolouration from your headlights. Go to Hi Q instead. It’s well worth it.

Quick, efficient, and friendly. What else can one expect? Thoroughly recommended.
