Quick, easy and good value service. Friendly and helpful

Appointment on time, fixed on-time and courtesy.

Following detailed research on those firms that I wished to short list for my purchase of new tyres, I decided on HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Nottingham for three reasons;
1. Price: the cost of replacing premium tyres is not cheap. I wanted the best facility, trying both on and offline, that would give me the best deal for my purchase.
2. I never want to compromise for likely poor facilities and service, even if that works out more expensive.
3. I look after my alloy wheels and I do not want them damaged by poor workmanship when new tyres and wheels are being fettled. This has happened in the past - too frequently. I visited a few tyre fitting garages to rule out potential issues.

HiQ seemed to fit my requirements, so I ordered 4 x Pirelli Cinturato P7 run flat tyres and made an appointment for fitting. A day later, I received a courtesy call to confirm my purchase and fitting appointment. That's the first time that has happened to me. On the day of fitting, the brilliant fitter discovered a serious issue in which the wheel valves and pressure sensors were incorrectly fitted at a previous stage - incorrect valve types for run flat tyres, and one tyre pressure sensor was actually loose, bouncing around in the wheel. To cut a long story short, despite taking a couple of days of waiting for specialist parts, this was taken on by the excellent HiQ personnel (thanks Darren) and resolved with minimum fuss or drama. I don't believe that I will ever go anywhere else for my future needs. Really well done HiQ Nottingham, bravo and thank you.

Professional outfit I had all four tyres replaced on a Ford ranger within an hour 08.30/09.30 good facilities nearby if your waiting longer. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely fantastic service yesterday as a walk in with a sudden problem on my car. The guys could not have been more friendly or helpful and had me sorted out and back on the road within the hour. It didn't cost me an arm and a leg either! Highly recommended and many thanks to them.

I pre ordered my tyres continentals at £189 for 2 tyres took the car in they put the tyres on the car then they decided to tell me that they didnt have the tyres i ordered and replaced them with comferse tyres still carged my £189 so when i got home the tyres should of only cost £159 for two tyres then i had to go back ad i had a slow leak they fount the leak but said they cant fix it because its between rim and tyres so i repaired with tyre bead glue as i went to put the seal in i fount what looked like crushed chalk and that whats causing the leak very bad servise was going to cet the other 2 changed after xmas but think il be looking else where

only local garage to arrange fitting of the correct tyre within 24 hours - lowest price - great service and speedy fitting

These guys were so helpful today when my husband experienced a blow out in Basford. After exhausting every avenue (and discovering there was no jack or spare in the car) he rang these guys and they sprang into action. Not only did Lee send a fitter out to fit a new tyre he also did so extremely quickly!!

Needed a tyre repairing. Matt was very helpful and friendly. Tyre was repaired by Mackenzie at a very reasonable price. Was the first time I had used them, will definitely use them again. Would definitely recommend.

Well where do I start, I was amazed and delighted at the superb customer service I received, I dropped in without an appointment as my tyre pressure suddenly dropped, Matt was friendly and passed the job over to Mackenzie, I explained I had a hospital appointment and he repaired the tyre quickly and efficiently, I felt really special ( a lady in her later years ). It is many years since I had such excellent customer service, it has restored my faith in human kindness and I will definitely recommend HiQ to all my friends.

I called HiQ Nottingham at 10am with a flat tyre, which I needed repairing urgently. Within a couple of hours my tyre had been repaired and my car was ready for collection. I'm very happy with HiQ Nottingham! I went to HiQ Nottingham, thinking that I would need at least 2 of my tyres changed. However, after my car being assessed by Matt and his team, they realised that probably none of my tyres had a puncture and only two of the rims would need to be professionally cleaned. I'm very satisfied with the honesty and transparency of the people who work here. Has been already a month, and my car tyres are still good and my sensors never went on since then. Ah! And they even gave me a NHS staff discount when I said I'm a critical care nurse. They are super stars! Thank you HiQ :) Susana
