I’d like to thank the staff at the cattedown branch for going above and beyond for me yesterday. They were extremely helpful to me so a big thank you from me again.

Excellent customer service, friendly, welcoming team and very well priced. I will definitely be using these guys again!

Woeful service had vehicle in for wheel alignment twice (two full days)still couldn't get steering straight charged £160 went to another garage for 2nd opinion and the wheel alignment was all incorrect due to the vehicle wheel alignment set up HiQ used a complety different alignment model set up on my vehicle which was the reason why it was all out and not straight,don't understand how this happened seeing as they are ment to be highly trained the other garage i took my car to had the wheel alignment perfect with in the hour so basically i was charged all that money and they made the car worse the when it went in HiQ load of rubbish stay away !

My mot test was arranged and completed within 24 hours. Very efficient and courteous service.

From my first telephone call to book my mot. To me arriving . Very friendly and helpful .

Good job done by mobile tyre fitter. Quick and efficient service.

Website needs updating as when I booked the job online it says you pay after the work is done but then got a call the next day to say I have to pay ahead of the work being done (no big issue just confusing).

Also I was charged £50 call out fee and the website said it was free if I lived within 10 miles and the Hi-Q centre is 5 miles away when I checked on Google maps, so unsure how it was calculated I was over 10 miles away and so charged the mobile tyre fitting call out fee.

Apart from these small issues would recommend the mobile tyre fitting service and person who came to do the work was very efficient.

I went in for a MOT. Their customer service is impeccable and gave me a speedy turnaround. I would recommended these guys to everyone that wants a professional fast service.

I ordered my 4 tyres over the telephone to be fitted today, I was met by Paul who handled the whole tasked , the company was competitive and gave great service, I would certainly use them again.

This garage removed my wheel during a service and it was not torqued back on adequately. Over time I completely lost one wheel nut, the other three worked loose and the wheel was literally confirmed as about to fall off. An apology would have been adequate along with learning a lesson so that it never happened to anyone again - incredibly scary at the time and potentially lethal. HiQ did not seem too bothered that it had happened and did not acknowledge their responsibility nor offer any apology.
Would never return and definitely not recommend!

Had an MOT and they were really welcoming and observing how they dealt with customers whilst waiting; I’ll return without hesitation.

Best price for 4 budget tyres with a good review. I turned up 20 minutes early, and they started right away. Slick operation and friendly staff.

Paul and the team are fantastic. I’ve used this garage for over five years with my various cars. They always do a good job and I would highly recommend them.

When I got my car back from a service and MOT.I noticed they repaired a minor electrical issue which i did not inform them about.Thank You

Realised our MOT had expired, booked and got straight in, needed 2 new tyres, the got them there and then and fitted them at the same time. Very good service and friendly professional team

My vehicles alway get taken to HiQ for MOT by my own long trusted garage, but this is the first time I’ve taken one of my vehicles direct. It was in relation to a small tyre problem. This was sorted quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. The waiting facilities were great and all the staff attentive and friendly. It was apparent from conversations going on around me that they keep people well informed and liaison between staff was a priority. I shall be using them again, if things are outside the scope of my current provider, and most certainly for tyre related needs.

Wrote a review on here for HIQ Plymouth. Customer service responded to my review with a request to contact them. To which they still have not replied. I think they just respond with that statement on trustpilot so that new people looking at reviews think they care.
After the terrible service I received, overpriced and unnecessary charges on my mot and the state of my freshly cleaned car [ inside caked in mud) (outside oil marks all over my door handle and door). The first time I drove my car properly after having it back from HIQ there was a metal grinding noise coming from my drivers side wheel. They had to take off this wheel to fit my sensor. I contacted customer service along with my initial compliant and still nothing. Yes I could have taken it back to the garage but I think I’d end up coming out with yet more problems.

I took the wheel off myself and it appears that they had bent the metal plate over the brakes discs. Since putting it right my wheel has been fine. But I’d also like to comment on the pure laziness from the garage. They had to remove the plastic underneath the wheel arch to get to the sensor. They didn’t even put it back right they decided to screw it from the outside without tucking it back in where it was supposed to go. I know it wasn’t like that before as I had recently changed a bulb and had to take it off and put it back in myself which I did correctly and all tucked in where it was supposed to go.

Just pure laziness and money grabbing. Shoddy work when you question them too, my previous review mentioned the state of my car when I collected it just no care taken with other peoples property which is appalling. Customer service are no better!!

So once again the guys at HiQ have looked after our Supra for another year with their top rate mot service. They always make us welcome and treat both the car and us with the upmost respect. We would trust anyone else with our vehicles

In today for a small service and two tyres before my long journey.....the staff are friendly and efficient and keep you aware of everything that's being done including any unexpected issues. Top job done and will continue to use HiQ in the future
Would also highly recommend them to everyone 👍
