I’ve been using this garage since I bought my Mazda Bongo in 2020 and the service is always top notch. The team has preserved the quality of my van and always treated me with honesty and integrity. Highly recommend.

I turned up without prior notice to have two new tyres fitted. They said they would be able to fit it in. Within half an hour I had my car back. Brilliant service and can definitely recommend them.

Prompt, friendly service as always. Have been using for years now, the only place I recommend for service and repair.

I needed a MOT quickly and when I filled out an appointment at HiQi it was a great relief, the on line form is quick and easy to fill out. The day of the MOT is was easy and cheap, friendly staff, overall a great experience and would definitely go back.

Five star service. Had an MOT failure and they got me in immediately.

Booked my car in today at 1500 hrs was told they were running late and about an hour late so got my wife to pick me up and go home normally about 10 minutes away the guy in the office rang me about 20 to five to say was all done we drove back to hi q to collect my car on arrival at 1705 was told by the guy in the garage that the office was closed and they have gone home. I said well I need my car for work in the morning at 0530 he telephoned the guy from the office then came back and said sorry gone home nothing we can do pick it up in the morning. I said sorry but I need my car for work. He phoned the guy back in the office who spoke to me and he said sorry but will have to collect it tomorrow. I said you will have to come back so I can pay and have my car back. He was very rude and hung up on me and said before he did and said see you in the morning.how rude and very poor customer service.both me and my wife's cars have been using them for a while but won't be back. Very poor customer service .

Had an email back after a few weeks saying they take customers complaints very seriously and promising to look into this .that was in October and heard nothing back at all from Hi Q.
As I said very poor customer service.

How top level service should be. Absolutely blown away by the customer service and help given. Everything was explained to me ( in simple terms ) as i am not a mechanic. Forget all the horror stories you hear about garages, just come here. This will now be my garage from now on. Really loved the little touches, from even getting a coffee why they explained what was wrong with my car. Just wanna say a massive thank you the team

Just got four new tyres and tracking done on a Saturday. So easy to order the tyres and book online, got a phone call the following day to confirm and to pay for the tyres. Nice clean waiting room with coffee machine, and friendly staff, and the main thing is the mechanics did a great job, love the feeling of fresh tyres and the tracking is perfect. Will be back in the future and would definitely recommend.
