I can’t say enough positive things about HiQ. Richard and Joe went over and beyond to help me when I had a flat tyre. Richard rang every supplier and found me a tyre at the last minute, had it delivered first thing and I was able to make my sisters 50th birthday and Joe fitted it in record time. I will be using HiQ moving forwards and can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend.

Richard and his team were outstanding. I couldn't fault them. From start to finish I was taken care of, kept informed and treated like one of their own. I haven't experienced customer service like it for a long time and it really was a pleasure doing business with them. You forget you're dealing with a big multinational as it feels like a small family run concern, which is a large part if its charm.

I won't go anywhere else now, and have already used the garage twice in two days. I was so impressed with the service I received on my sons car I took our family motor in to have four tyres changed the very next day. Again, nothing was too much trouble and the work was done as promised and on time, while I waited.

If the higher level management read this then there are just a couple of things you could do to improve the service even more. Give Richard the credit he is due by changing the managers name on your website to his and not the previous person so we know who we're dealing with when we call, think about a local mobile fitting service for the area as that would get you a lot more business (because if I get a puncture at home and I can't get to you to fix it I am forced to use another mobile fitting company to carry out the repair) and finally look at upgrading your facilities as I'm sure you could find/build a better unit with improved curb appeal and increased capacity, as you have the main ingredients with your first class service, you just need to match it with first class facilities.

Great customer service. Came in as I thought I had a slow puncture, they found a leak between the tyre and wheel. Within 20 mins they cleaned my tyre and applied some more sealant. I even got a coffee as I waited. I will be going back if I experience anymore problems.

Fantastic service from Richard and the team. Assisted with new tyres and pot hole damage to a rear wheel. Customer service was first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for anything tyre related and will certainly be using them again in the future. Great service from Richard on the desk and Joe / Kieran who did the tyres. Dropped the car off this morning and was told up front that the tyres were due in around 1030 and that the car should be ready for collection about 1200.

Turned up at 12 on the dot to see the last 2 wheels going back on and by the time I had paid the car was parked up, keys handed back and good to go. Easy transaction at a fair price.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The workshop and waiting areas are very clean and the staff very friendly.
100% recommend this business.

Excellent friendly service with a full explanation from Joe on the damage to my tyre . Richard gave a good quote for premium tires that were fitted straight away . I will use them by again and will recommend to others

Original tyre ordered not available but Richard contacted me in good time and we decided on an alternative. Price matched it too.

Tyre replaced by Joe quickly and efficiently.

Also asked for advice on a separate tyre/wheel issue and the guys went out of their way to get tye answer.

Both Joe and Richard provided an excellent service for me today. I found a nail in my tyre and was very impressed by how helpful and efficient they both were.

Went in to hiq stamford yesterday and got a tyre for my car where I was welcomed at the door by Joe and served by Ritchie absolutely outstanding customer service from the team 👏

My daughter in law had a slow puncture and I wanted it sorting quick for her safety and more importantly for my grandsons. I rang the Stamford office and spoke to Richard the branch manager who was very polite and said we could pop straight down so they could assess what they could do. He was very helpful and at first suggested they may be able to repair the tyre rather than the expense of replacing but unfortunately the tyre was quite bare so he helped pick a mid range priced tyre for us. It’s nice to feel we weren’t pushed into buying more expensive tyre unnecessarily as some garages would have. The tyre was fitted within the hour by a lovely professional mechanic . All the staff Richard ,Kieran and Joe were professional and polite but also very entertaining while we waited. Very pleased with the experience, especially at such short notice at 4pm . I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again . Ideally located too on Ryhall Road so no issues getting to or parking at. Jackie

From my initial enquiry to getting me back on the road within 24hrs! Fast, friendly and cost effective service. I won’t take mine or my wife’s car anywhere else.

Made welcome by Richard when I arrived, made a coffee for me and even got a heater for the waiting room. Joe and Kieran done a great job of replacing all four tyres and reset the TPMS for me. No problems with the tyres, properly balanced with makes a change! Thanks guys, well done.

Had a screw in my trye and after ringing a few trye places no luck, until I rang HiQ Stamford. Got me in and fitted same day, amazing service friendly professional and Joe the mechanic told me a few bit about tryes that i didn't know, which was very helpful as no one has done that in the past. HiQ Stamford will be top of my list from now on. Massive thank you to Richard, Joe and Kierain.
