Tyre change was good but toilet was dirty and waiting room was really cold and uninviting.

I took my punctured tyre into the branch. I was seen sraight away and the touch screen login was easy. I went to pick it later in the day and the fitter offered to fit the tyre and check the others, which he duly did. I thought the price was very reasonable. The fitter also advised me that the rear brake were getting worn. Great service I will certainly recommend you.

Employee at Stamford centre was polite and prompt in service. Price competitive too

Big thank you to the team at Stamford who have gone above and beyond sorting tyres and tracking for our Fiat (after a coming second best in a confrontation with a kerb…)

Told my partner there was a nail in the tyres shoulder so new tyre and they only had premium tyre at £180 she asked them to check the spare and fit they did for £30 and left the locking nut on the tyre.

Took the tyre to a reputable tyre shop today there was no nail in the tyre just a faulty valve.

So if your heavily pregnant wife and two kids go to HI Q in stamford you will end up paying for a premium tyre when you only needed a £15 valve replaced

I bought 4-season tires on Monday.. I drove in heavy rain on Thursday.. I felt that the car's handling on the wet road was not good.. I noticed that the left front tire was not rotating in the direction specified by the manufacturer. well the young man working there put it on upside down .. i took it back on friday to change it .. well the young man was quite aggressive with me and tried to explain that it was fine that way .. and he didn't want to change it to the correct rotation ... after about 20 minutes of arguing he was willing to fix the mistake he made ... he practically played with my life and the lives of others by putting the tire on the wrong direction .. i will never buy a tire here again ...
