Very friendly and professional 4 new tyres fitted in no time at all with no fuss. Have used Hi Q Chapel Ash for years and will continue to do so.

Very friendly and welcoming and free alignment confirmed all was well with no extra charge. Fitted while I waited.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Regular contact to keep me updated on status of my order and called as soon as tyres had arrived. Arrived at garage half an hour later and was greeted by friendly staff and tyres were fitted and I was pulling off the carpark within 15 mins!

In store service was excellent however online booking was not so good, un able to change appointment time without contacting the local branch. Otherwise would have given 5 stars, used Hi Q several times in the past so must be doing something right.

Prompt efficient and courteous. Ordered tyres online so price paid was as per quote but receipt did not state wheels had been balanced. I enquired and was reassured balancing had been done. Why not say on website that price includes balancing?

Iv always used hi-q in chapel ash Wolverhampton up until a few years back when the the prices started to go up and the quality went down. They broke the air filter box on a tappit change and told me there was nothing they could do because they could not locate a replacement. I found one and they still didn't do anything.
Last week I was forced to take it to them after something went on the engine that sounded like a bearing. After some digging I discovered it was coming from the timing belt area. I took it in and told them I thought the water pump or the belt tensioner had gone. 2 days later I was told there was nothing they could do, it was a bottom end knock and it require a complete engine rebuild. Apparently it would be cheaper to swap the engine but that don't do that, and it would cost more than the cars worth. Now I'm no master mechanic but I know the difference between a bottom end knock and a duff bearing.
I collected the car annoyed with there rubbish service and took it to a small independent garage who diagnosed and fixed ..... Would you believe it, a duff water pump and timing belt tensioner.
The car is now fixed and like new no thanks to hi-q.
We as a family have 4 cars between us, none of which will be going back to hi-q for anything.

The whole process of ordering & having the tyres fitted was very easy & efficient, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Mu car went in for a full service and MOT on Friday 18th February. The whole process was simple and on time. There were a couple of advisorories which needed doing. The choices for the work were explained very clearly and the prices for each choice. At no point did I feel that the most expensive options pushed on me. I was able to make decisions easily as the explanations were excellent. All staff are polite and helpful. Five stars and a 100% recommendation for work done at a good price.
