It was the easiest process from start to finish. Chose a tyre online and made a fitting appointment for a few days time. Received a text to say that the tyre was available the same day so I was able to have it fitted straightaway. Will definitely be back!

This is the 3rd time that my family have used HIQ Wolverhampton over the past year. For the latest time, my Son had damaged the tyre on his corsa and also needed a new track rod fitted. The people at HIQ Wolves were able to sort him out and get him back on the road within a couple of hours. The pricing is always fair and you don't feel overcharged.

Friendly staff and quick turn around when I had my four tyres changed this week.

Although when I went to get my car laser tracked realised that out of the 4 new tyres fitted one of them was a different size to the other.

However on speaking to staff a new tyre was ordered immediately and the situation rectified with no issues.

It’s always a great time at HiQ Wolverhampton. Sometimes going to a mechanics can be daunting as you don’t know all the buzz words, but at HiQ Wolverhampton you’re in good hands. The prices are great, the quality of work is brilliant and the staff are always very helpful - even if you just want to pick their brains on what car to buy next. Great team, keep up the good work! Visited Hi Q Wolverhampton for a replacement tyre. Appointment was booked online, and the tyre was fitted promptly. Excellent service as usual, have been using them for many years now and it is “my go to” place for tyres.

What a great company to do business with…..
Our Nissan Juke(17 plate), displayed a engine management light + auto start/stop and a gear shift error I couldn’t find in the manual, a week after being serviced by a local Nissan dealership.
The AA said alternator at fault, it was a week’s wait to book in with Nissan, very inconvenient, so approached HiQ-Wolverhampton, and was able to take the car in the following day.
HiQ declared a battery fault, so paid them to replace it. The engine management light etc came back on the following day, problem not solved. The battery was replaced 18 months ago by the AA?
So back to square one, after interrogating the emc HiQ suggested revisiting Nissan(another weeks wait- we have no choice). In the meantime HiQ refitted the original battery and refunded my money, without any argument, very good!
It’s been a week since Nissan updated the car’s software and the problem hasn’t come back….so far.
I hope you can appreciate some of the background to this situation, as far as I am concerned, the HiQ staff in Wolverhampton bent over backwards to help us sort this out. *****

My car was due an MOT & service so l booked online, it was very straightforward, they replied first thing the following day with a date and time to drop off the vehicle.
I’ve used HiQ many times over the years and the service they offer is always excellent, the staff are friendly and they always call during the service if any additional works are required stating the cost, no surprises!
Very happy and will be returning with my second vehicle in a few months.

Great price and excellent quick service.

Parked up and 2 chaps appeared as if from nowhere either side of my car and had the wheels out, tyres changed and back on the car quicker than Usain Bolt. Amazing!
