I've always been big on Nokia, since I had my very first mobile phone more than 20 years ago. All the phones I always owned were Nokia (this includes Microsoft and now HMD as they got the brand).
In December I bought XR21 which after about 6 weeks of use just shut off and can not be started or the battery can't charge. Suspect it is a faulty battery or battery contacts. The device is in Warranty. Contacted HMD 40 days ago to try to organise warranty repair. All I got every time I write to them is a generic AI generated email and so far haven't seen any help. Getting AI response on my emails is so disrespectful and meaningless. HMD has nothing to do in common with the brand Nokia was. I have to accept Nokia is dead now and move on and switch to Samsung (I thought I will never say this). HMD is terrible and doesn't deserve the trust of their customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go buy their product as if you need to get to their customer service it will just ignore you. Don't go HMD!!!!!!!!

I ordered Nokia 3210 20 days ago from a third party app. That phone was faulty and when asked for support, I was switched to HMD customer support. To the height of my surprises I am still struggling to get the problem sorted out. I returned my complete hand set with the packaging box as received. They returned me the single unit phone without battery, charger, user manual and packaging box, just wrapped in a polythene. Now when asked they are asking me for additional charges to send other body parts of my phone. Please some one save poor customers from these arrogant customer care.

2660 flip is een goede telefoon. Hij doet alles wat een telefoon moet doen, namelijk bellen en sms-en. Er is wel een optie om wat internet te gebruiken, maar dat is alleen bedoeld voor Facebook e.d., dit had wat mij betreft niet gehoeven. Prepaid betaal je daarom elke dag dat de telefoon aanstaat 2 cent aan mb's . Het is een echte oude mensen telefoon. Het geluid is dus heel duidelijk. Eigenlijk niets negatiefs over te melden. Ik ben een digibeet wat betreft telefoons, maar deze was zeer goed zelf in te stellen. On line is er ook een handleiding, mocht je die wel nodig hebben. Ik heb hier een review geplaatst omdat ik op mijn telefoon een feedback verzoek kreeg. Omdat ik het internet op de telefoon niet gebruik, geef ik hier mijn mening.

Es fiel mir hin, das Display war gesplittert, aber es funktionierte. Ersatzteil von ifixit.
Ich kam bis Schritt 17/36 und gab auf.
Da sich zwei von drei Kabelverbindungen nicht wieder herstellen lieÃen, habe ich statt eines funktionierenden Telefons einen Briebeschwerer.

Spettabile azienda HMD, Ú dall'anno 2022 da quando ho comprato il vostro cellulare intelligente (smartphone), che l'impostazione nel telefono: "Tocca due volte per controllare il telefono" non funziona, perché non rimane mai salvata e cioÚ si smemorizza in continuazione, di conseguenza mi tocca sempre attivarla, impostarla su acceso (on), e non c'Ú alcuna e nessuna soluzione per fare in modo che questa impostazione rimanga salvata definitivamente e per sempre.
Vi chiedo cortesemente e gentilmente, di segnalare questo errore di programmazione (bug) ai vostri ingegneri e tecnici informatici, in modo che possano rilasciare un aggiornamento (patch) dal vostro sito Internet ufficiale: hmd dot com, sperando che questo problema abbia una soluzione definitiva e per sempre.

Je pensais acheter un téléphone mobile solide et fiable, en novembre 2023.
Eh bien, c'est de la m... !
Au bout de deux mois et demi, le contacteur faisait déjà un bruit détestable durant le chargement (problÚme de contact).
HMD m'a proposé de leur retourner le téléphone à mes frais... mais sans téléphone de dépannage, je ne l'ai pas fait.
Ce téléphone XR21 est cher pour ce que c'est, il n'est même pas fabriqué en Europe, mais en Chine, et il n'y a pas de mise à jour du systÚme.
Bref, je suis fortement déçue !
Nokia n'est plus ce que c'était !

The design is absolutely terrible and the support non-existent. I bought a 2660 flip to replace a dumb phone that kept pressing buttons inside my pocket, flip = lid right problem solved NOOOOO
The idiots have put an emergency call button on the side together with a volume control so now I get emergency operators wanting to know why I called them and miss calls entirely because the phone is in silent mode, a complete waste of money just on those two points alone.
As for operability I could write a book on it's shortcomings but that would bore you all......
Just don't take any notice of NOKIA anymore, they are not fit for purpose!

Some are intermittent problems & some problems you come to know only after using them for few days. Sometime conference not connected, sometimes echo sound comes, keypad stopped working even after slight fall, sometimes mute stopped working & many more........ Customer support every time asks lot of details like bill, photo, video, front & back image etc. & doing nothing. They just assure that they will replace the handsets but neither a delivery boy comes nor do this replacement resolve my issues. On the whole no solution at all. Worst experience. I won't suggest anyone to buy products of HMD Global
