I love going to HMV so friendly if I can't find wat im looking for they go get it for me they ask if im looking for anything else

The staff member was welcoming and…
The staff member was welcoming and courteous, they helped with finding out if you had the item in-store but when it wasn't said it could be ordered in, they told us the amount of time it would take and to check emails for the confirmation of order and when it was in-store for collection.

Wanted to get my Grandson some Disney…
Wanted to get my Grandson some Disney dvds and new the best place to look was HMV. Have a great library of classics to choose from, but at the moment he's mad about the lion king and Tarzan. Found the triple dvd set of the lion king at a brilliant price and also Tarzan at good value. Had the dvds delivered to my local store and was kept informed about the whole journey from Warehouse to store. On the day of collection I received great customer service from very friendly staff. Have no problem recommending HMV to anyone. Excellent.

Nick helped me check out some records that weren’t in stock, to see when they will be in stock, and which locations have copies. He also helped with ordering one of the albums I was looking for, and I managed to receive it within the given days he mentioned.
