Fairly easy click and collect
Fairly easy to order on the website and collect in store. Plenty of notifications when order is ready to collect, with plenty of time allowed to make the collection.

I made a pre order for the Stray Kids"…
I made a pre order for the Stray Kids" Do It" album, it actually arrived a day early! So impressed! It was well packaged and I was kept well informed of all steps of purchase and delivery. Thank you HMV!

Nice and easy
Nice and easy! It was refreshing to order for collection in store and not be tied down to one or two days for collection. The guy that served me in store was great too. Top attitude and friendly yet professional.

Real shopping is great, with real people....
Really nice to go shopping again ! Great store in Blackpool, super friendly, very helpful team, it's a treat, also have found items in store cheaper than eBay 'used' (and current, not old). Really enjoyable experience followed by chips or ice-cream depending on the weather.

Ordered special edition album online and picked up from local HMV ,very easy to collect i also had 14 days to collect so suited my schedule and staff were helpful and friendly
