Justin P in the shop was so helpful when I wanted to order a Blu-ray. He looked it up & informed me they had it in stock and went and found it for me. We discussed horror movies and had a very nice conversation.

Pre-ordered a Blu-Ray for collection in the Bromley store. Lots of communication about the order journey and lovely staff in the shop when I went to collect my item (staff in here are always amazing)! Much prefer getting my media from HMV than Amazon.

Staff in HMV Bromley were helpful and efficient.
DVD arrived for collection well packaged in card packaging.

Again I have ordered online and used the click and collect service and been very happy with the service I've received. The package was delivered in pristine condition just as if I had brought it from the store.

Not many places sell CDs these days
Not many places sell CDs these days, but thankfully HMV do. The website said the CD I wanted was available via click and collect, but when I called the store I was told the option was not available as the CD was in high demand. Luckily they had it when I went to the store.
