Email stating item would be in store earlier than expected was wrong.
Staff in store (Bromley) were excellent on both days that I called in to collect my order, very helpful & went above & beyond to be helpful.

Helpful in store with great delivery.
Recieved great service at their Bromley branch. Helped me find and order what I needed, even getting it delivered to my home on day of release.

Alright in the end
The staff at the store were great flagging up that my original choice( both the first and replacement disc) were defective and allowed me to pick something else. Will certainly use this store again.

Good service
Good service, no hassle ordering and it was delivered on time. But the delivery guy just left it on the door without ringing the bell, I only realised it was delivered because an email was sent. Maybe there’s a way to specify how it should be delivered but I haven’t seen it.
