Great customer service.
The member of staff I dealt with was absolutely lovely, it’s just a shame that when I got home to check on the CD I’d ordered that the case was cracked.

It's been a few years, I got anything from the HMV website. Their definitely a lot more quicker now than they used to. Certain "unlimited" films for home delivery. Makes sense

You had in stock three of the and obtained all the CDs i wanted…
You had in stock three of the CDs I wanted and obtained to other two very quickly. These were all to replace old favourites that had "disappeared" for one reason or another eg left on holiday, lent to friend, left in car etc.
The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful.

You did a great job at getting me my cd I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends to order from HMV online as it is quick and easy to find what you need rather than popping into a store.
