Email tickets never sent, had to phone up and was told ‘sort it out on the night with the initial order email’ from HMV ONLINE (not the Venue!) …. Poor service.

We can see that the tickets have been successfully sent out to you through the hmv tickets app, however in this instance we advised in our phone conversation that you bring your order confirmation email which should have granted you access at the event.

I haven’t received either the e tickets or the CD for The Libertines in 3 days time. So now will have to spend time chasing it up.
