went in store and order DVD as was out of stock and very helpful staff member and just had to wait for a email to pick it up

Free delivery
HMV contacted me to notify me of a store relocation whilst I had an order in place. They offered to deliver the item free of charge, which they did, to which I am grateful.

Really easy to preorder my Christmas gift: 50th anniversary Wish You Were Here Pink Floyd. I decided to do click and collect as that was easier for me than have it delivered. Hubby was so pleased with it!

Long extended wait for delivery
Long extended wait for delivery, only positive was that I received regular emails keeping me informed of the on going delay. Poor delivery times!

I ordered my DVD, was kept up to date with the order all the way through. On collection, the HMV staff were very helpful.

The Derby store is excellent and Alex who served me was helpful and friendly. I would appreciate the return of the online stock checker system for in-store items which I have found very helpful.
