HMV staff in Dundee are terrific
HMV staff in Dundee are terrific. We shop there every week and they are so helpful. If there is something we are looking for and can’t find they will help you and if it isn’t in the store they find it online and make the purchase very simple. Wish all stores were this helpful.

Honestly HMV you have everything people need from youtooz to funko to records to even posters honestly it's the best shop to go to plus with the packaging it was packed well also some could say it was packaged to well to the point I couldn't find the opening but that's good

Easy to order and fast delivery.
It was easy to order and delivery was fast.
LP's were well wrapped.
I would have no hesitation to order from HMV again.

he service I have been receiving from…
The service I have been receiving from the staff at HMV in Dundee (Murraygate) has been great. ACE and Callum have been very helpful and polite to me.
What was really good was that when I visited the store I was searching for 5 of the Braveheart CD soundtrack but couldn't find it so I spoke to both ACE and Callum and there was none in stock, so they both checked there computer system and ordered the 5 Braveheart CD soundtracks on there system for me which made me happy. And I would like to thank them for their help 😁🏴🏴

A friendly service
A friendly service, ready to help if they can. When the item isn't in store they will order it for you and it doesn't take long for it to arrive at the store for you to pick up. Never have a problem with my orders!

Great staff dundee hmv managed to order me 2 Metal cds I was looking for that were out of stock,they mansged to get me the last copies & and an Iron Maiden flag.Always helpful & friendly...Recommended shop
