Great service Cd arrived in store two days earlier than expected. Staff were excellent disc was ready waiting for me and they were very friendly.

Helpful, speedy, knowledgeable
Floor staff intuitively and unobtrusively helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Speedy and charming service at till. Overall, great if you know what you want but not sure where to find it.

Paid for 48hr delivery
Paid for 48hr delivery. Over a week later, I'm still waiting for items to be delivered. Tracking system is poor. When someone finally got back in touch from customer service there was little apology & no refund for delivery.

Collection from shop.
Went in shop to collect dvd which had been ordered. Assistant very helpful,and found my order no bother.

HMV is so much more
I walked into HMV in Dundee and a film I used to watch with my son popped into my head. Ace was serving at the till and looked up this film that meant a lot to me, it wasn’t in the store but Ace pointed out it could be posted to me. Posted was not expensive either. My film arrived quickly and was able to show my son in Australia. I’m very happy with the whole experience 😊
