One stop movie shop
Being able to go into the store and look through the large selection of movies and box sets is why I like HMV and, if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll order it from one of their other stores if they have it.

Dev in Dunfermline store helped me to find the loungefly bag I was looking for on the store tablet and helped me to order it to be delivered to my home address this is a nice touch to be able to order instore for things that aren't currently in the store you are visiting

First in-store order/delivery.
The HMV assistant was extremely helpful when I enquired about the availability of a particular vinyl album. Despite not being available in the store, she checked and confirmed that it was in stock at the warehouse and as such I could order it there and then, which I subsequently did. I agreed to have it delivered to the store. Following regular e-mail updates I collected the album 3 days later.
