Friendly staff
I prefer to order on line and use the click and collect option for convenience sake. The process is quick and simple to use, the items normally delivered to the store within 2 days. Whether using the click and collect or buying in the store the staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

Good and bad
Friendly and helpful assistant
I've deducted 2 stars for the horribly loud music being played in the store. I had to get out quick and feel sorry for workers who have to put up with it all day

Very easy to order and pick up in store 🏬 in a acceptable time. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all stages from ordering and pick up. Well. Done Dunfermline store staff.

Known HMV from childhood.
I’ve been shopping in HMV for years, (when the big store was in Princes St, Edinburgh) then Fopp and now that there is a store nearby in Dunfermline I’m using that. The assistants have always been friendly and helpful. Dunfermline, Fife has friendly/helpful assistants as well. When I place an order it comes very quickly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a newly released vinyl to pick up in store and although the release date was delayed, I was kept up to date with the progress of the dispatch by email.
Couldn’t fault the service.

Product was good but took a whole week to deliver to store when too the. store twice befor i got my cd even tho the store had it in stock

Order placed on 8th July to be…
Order placed on 8th July to be delivered directly to the store. Email received a few days later informing me that it had been dispatched. Email then received on 17th July?? to advise that it had arrived. Shocking service and I will not be using HMV anytime soon. Amazon offered next day delivery but I opted to support my local store. A visit to your store in Dunfermline also left me very disappointed when the member of staff when I expressed a view that another supplier would have delivered sooner responded with 'it would make no difference to me'. Appalling
