I always use HMV when I want music or DVDs, I am happy to order anything that is not in store, it arrived quickly and happy with my purchase.

There are 2 bluray films available
There are 2 bluray films available, both called Lola. I said to the assiatant (Jasmine L, Exeter branch) did she want to see the one that was available on your website & on my phone to verify which one I wanted. (This was on Wed 22/7/26 according to receipt.) She declined. When the film arrived, it was the wrong Lola (with Barbara Sukowa) NOT the one I ordered. Subsequently, the correct version was duly ordered on Sunday 26/7/26( - assistant Holly H) and I am still waiting for an email to say it is ready for collection at Exeter. As you have sent me 2 requests now to relate my experience, I can only say that it has not given me confidence in ordering anything in future.

Very pleased with my dvds.
But Royal mail delivery poor... parcel left outside.... didnt ring bell... and delivery details are the main door is unlocked for parcels. And they can be placed inside.

Great service

I had missed out on a new album release…
I had missed out on a new album release in my local store, so the staff member I spoke to suggested I order it online with him & have it delivered to my home.
The order was processed, sent & delivered promptly and I could track it en-route which would have been useful had there been any issues. There weren't.
I will definitely use this service again anytime I miss other releases, or because I listen to Extreme Metal understandably aren't to be found in the shop sometimes. They seem to have a pretty good choice online too.

Price of vinyl is a disgrace
Price of vinyl is a disgrace. Jazz records i looked at were all at least £15 or more expensive. Even records that are clearly damaged are being sold at the new price. Tonnes of tatt on sale downstairs. Sort out your prices HMV. Bring back the love that you once had for music. Your pricing strategy eapecially for multi buys is awful.
