Too long
Took 4 days for item to be dispatched then a further 3 days for it to arrive in store, meaning that there was a further delay in being able to collect it as I wasn't in town for several days after

Staff were very helpful when I couldn’t…
Staff were very helpful when I couldn’t find the item in store and then suggesting I order it through them at the till which was very efficient.
I frequently deal with staff at your Exeter store as I am a frequent customer, both downstairs and upstairs with your music section - they are always incredibly helpful and friendly

Great service in store. Your colleague was very helpful. Because I had purchased three albums and record player, he arranged for the player to be delivered. Keep up the great service. The delivery was faultless.

Unusually I found an HMV on my visit to Devon...Exeter that is
Ever since the demise of Croydon and Sutton HMV I have been looking for a decent one and I found it
Bromley and Kingston are OK but Exeter reminded me of the good ol'days..,
