I purchased a dvd and the case was smashed on delivery, the outer package was fine just the plastic case the dvd’s were in

You can find some fantastic bargains.
I've picked up some genuine bargains in the sale, and I love the 3 Albums for £55 deals. If they don't have the item you want in store they order them in for you. Great selection to choose from covering all genres.

Great service
Great service. Easy to pick up click and collect items. You can also purchase stuff from the store at the same time too rather than doing two separate transactions.

Perfect Shopping Experience!!
I would like to thank ALL the staff at the Freshney Place store for their EXCELLENT service. I ordered Beats ear buds and they are amazing. I was advised by Laura how good they are and she ordered them. Really fast delivery and brilliant price. Thank you so much HMV Grimsby.
