Was really good they ordered into store the cd I wanted and were really helpful it arrived very quickly and it was easy to collect from the store when it came in

Simon was really helpful and listened to what we wanted and ordered it as it was out of stock in the Ipswich store. It arrived in a few days and he even remembered who we were and what we’d ordered. Definitely use the store again

The PS5 game was not available in the store so a HMV employee was very helpful and said he could get it delivered to me. It came 2 days later, excellent service

I was very happy to purchase 3 items…
I was very happy to purchase 3 items for Christmas gifts 🎁 and I was very pleased with the delivery because it came quick, the parcel was in good condition. Your site is fantastic with loads of stuff like Cd's, Dvd's, Blu-ray's and Funko pop figures. I will shop on there again sometime and shopping in your Ipswich store.

It was great but you could do wire stocking more,going into HMV isn't brilliant,staff very helpful but when it comes down to looking for or ordering,you have to wait because out of stock and then told not doing anymore,thought HMV the biggest music shop in the UK could do better

Easy to order, I was kept up to date with progress of order. In store on
date of release and easy to collect.

We need shops
HMV is the last place you can now buy a cd in a shop I was served well and helped me raise an order … the cd arrive in the shop in 3 days so I was very happy

We pre-ordered a LP which had a few weeks before the release date. Great service via email. No problem when collecting order from store. Friendly helpful staff at Ipswich HMV.
