Poor customer service.
I have had no correspondence From HMV at all and i not seen sight nor sound of any Album i have ordered.I called in to the shop(Middlesbrough } and was told i would see an e mail or text when the album in question has arrived in store Not even a confirmation of the order and of course my bank account has been debited.

Excellent service, helpful friendly staff
The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me order a CD and the communication from HMV was excellent. The whole process was very efficient and HMV let me know when the CD was in the Middlesbrough shop to collect.

Definitely an experience I've experienced out of all the experiences I've experienced.

Fantastic and easy to shop with
Quick and easy to preorder what I wanted and they kept me the loop when there was going to be a delay and emailed me the moment it came like I said quick and easy.
