Newbury HMV
I always find the staff helpful and very friendly at the Newbury branch. 1 of the CD's I was after was in stock, had to order the other one. which arrived a few days later.

Great help, advice, a great chat about shared experiences

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble to help me find what I wanted.
Even more help was offered when I had to return and exchange for a different cd.

I wanted headphones my son which…
I wanted headphones for my son which actually wasn’t in store, the staff ordered it for me and it was there in a few days. They were very helpful and chatty, which I liked.

In store customer service was excellent. Staff were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The delivery was made on time and the communication was excellent. Well done HMV and HMV Newbury.
