We had a wonderful experience of what great customer service should be. We were helped with our issue regarding a new Hi -Fi by Rachel ( We believe she was the Manger) in the Newbury store. The young lady who served me was very helpful
The young lady who served me was very helpful in suggesting another DVD when I told her that my son was Autistic.
She was enthusiastic and so pleasant throughout the whole time.

Easy website to navigate and the option to pick up item in store is ideal. Friendly staff too.

Had to order click and collect but I was kept informed of my order progress. Great to actually go into a shop & then be greeted by cheerful, polite staff. Brilliant 🙂

I thought staff were helpful
I thought staff were helpful, because if the DVD I wanted was not on display they knew how to order it
Not only that I received the DVD within 48 hours.
This was prompt service.
