love the Click & Vollect service from HMV. That way in addition to browsing in store you have the option to have your picks ready and waiting for you. Love the 3 for £66 offer

The person who served me was pleasant. You didn’t have the dvd in stock but got it promptly and it was easy to pick it up.

Still great service after all these years
I don’t want to jinx it, but I am very pleasantly surprised and impressed that hmv particularly Onlin, but most times in store as well provide really brilliant service. I don’t know why I’m shocked but I guess I expected it over time to fade. Well done hmv keep it up for the next millennia to come.

Bought this album for my wife
