I visited the shop in Portsmouth. The young man who served me was extremely helpful and after he was not able to locate what I was looking for, ordered it for me. The delivery was quick.

Easy replacement for possibly faulty disc
Received a vinyl for my birthday and found that the record kept skipping at the same parts.
On the chance that this could've been an issue with the disc I returned it in-store. While they did not have the same album in stock they did offer to send a new one to my home address, which I received in good condition.

Great service
Great service. When I couldn't find the DVD I wanted in store, the staff were helpful finding it on HMV online. It was super easy to order, and arrived promptly with regular delivery updates.

Very thorough
I could not find thd cd I was looking for so asked at the counter. The assistant looked on their system to see if it was somewhere else in store but it wasn't. The assistant then searched online to see if they have it available there and then suggested that I could have it sent to my address, which although costing a little extra for postage was very helpful since I did not have spend time and money and going back to pick it up in store.

I Have as previously made reviews through 'Hear my voice, online' on the visits were over and above assistance has been made. All the staff have always been excellent. A very well run retail out let.

Awaiting replaceement
Unfortunately, one of the CD's in a set of five was broken so I had to return it to the shop after it was delivered. I am awaiting a new one but the delivery and replacement side has been fine so far

Easy deliver to store
Easy quick collection in store. The man who served me was actually really friendly! Ordered a CD for my dad online as was easier.
