Quick delivery and great customer service at the store during the ordering process

The guy that served me when I ordered Waking Ned was so helpful and friendly. A real credit to the Reading store

I ordered my DVD in March and paid for it but the DVD wasnt due to be released until June. I was kept well informed of what was happening to my order. The staff were very helpful and very professional

I've been buying from HMV online store for several years. They offer a wide range of DVD and Blu-Rays at reasonable price, and fast delivery. Very professional and friendly staff at the Reading Oracle location.

I would recommend HMV for ordering films on DVD or Blu Ray - prefer ordering from HMV than from Amazon or other online retailers. The order for box sets went fine. I collected them in store (in the Oracle in Reading).

The three staff members I spoke to were extremely helpful and pleasant.

I came for Michael Ball record signing and everything was very well organised. The staff were helpful and tolerant of all we star-struck fans and were happy to oblige by taking photos

Good friendly pleasant and efficient staff in the Reading branch. Seem to be doing fine if the amount of people in store on the day is anything to go by.
Not many options to purchase music on the high street nowadays but HMV roll on thankfully despite the not too distant difficulties they faced. Music wise a great option in contrast to the impersonal massive commercial juggernaut that dominates nowadays.

It’s great to know that I can buy music from HMV as I don’t like using Amazon!

The ordering process is straightforward, the service is excellent as are the staff to deal with.

My 3 films arrived in good condition. Love HMV. Keep up the good work. Also love shopping in the stores, always find some gem in there! Prices are very fair with some amazing bargains to be found.
