Blown away by this store!
Blown away by this store! I went in for the first time to pick up a record I ordered, and I'm just so glad stores like it are still around, nostalgic and a lot of variety, I love it!! The staff was also really helpful and quick with getting my order, so generally very happy with hmv :)

Friendly and helpful
Bought some vinyl as a xmas present and the server was friendly. But the record turned out to be warped and jumped so took it back to the store, they didn't have any in stock so they ordered a new one and had it delivered with no hassle. Was a lovely young lady who served us.

Great service
Website easy to navigate. I found the item I required, easy to purchase and use the click and collect service. Friendly staff in store who found my item very quickly. Will definitely use HMV and the click and collect again.

Easy and friendly collection
Ordered 3 vinyls online, 2 were out of stock. Kept updated and they arrived at different times at the store. Quick and easy collection, charming staff.
