It was very easy to place my order…
It was very easy to place my order online. They messaged me when it gad arrived in the store. The staff were very polite when I went to pick up my order.

The lady at HMV Store was very helpful. I was able to order a C.D. It arrived at my home promptly.

Collection of purchases
Easy to use website BUT i myself still prefer going to record stores.
The young girl on the desk was very helpful when i went to collect my purchases.

The assistant in the hmv store where I ordered the dvds was polite friendly and very helpful. The products arrived within the expected time of arrival and were well packaged.
