Quick, no-fuss help
I bought the wrong thing - entirely my fault. I took the item back to a different store, and there was no fuss at all sorting a replacement. Polite, helpful and friendly.

I have always found the staff in my HMV pleasant and helpful. They always do their best to find the item I want or any information I ask for.

Friendly staff helped me in store
Friendly staff helped me in store. When they didn't have what I wanted they ordered it for me and I was able to pick it up in store a few days later.

Great signing experience with Jane McDonald
Pre-Signed CDs were dispatched on time and well packaged. Also met the artist in store for a live signing which was well organised and done in a friendly way. Good experience, thank you.
