I came to collect two orders and they quickly sorted it out for me! They were very kind and friendly whilst doing so too! Would definitely recommended picking up your favourite records here! 🥰

Careful of the over priced carrier bags.
The service in store was excellent. The item arrived quickly and well packaged. Would have given 5 stars but whilst placing the order instore I also bought some other records. I asked for a bag. The bag I was given cost £4.00. This seems excessive but only realised once I got home.

Easy to place order, simple procedure for collection, though had understood item was already in stock yet it still needed to be transported to collection point

The assistant was very helpful
The assistant was very helpful. He told that I could have my CD purchase mailed to whom I had bought it for, which I appreciated a great deal (saved me the job of going to a post office). The recipient received the CD in good time.

I recommend HMV click and collect
I was kept well informed on the progress of the order by e-mail. The first of two CDs was delivered very quickly to the store (the other had not been released at this point) The collection at the store was very easy.
