Good, but not great.
For once, the spare part I needed was stock!
The check-out process was easy and stress free, and for me the option of PayPal was a bonus!
However parcel tracking from the Chinese supplier to the UK was NOT AN OPTION, so I will have to wait and hope it comes! I'm not a happy chappy!
I'm not alone in complaining about the lack of spare parts, especially for new planes. HK are quick to get the new models out, but a FULL set of spares can take upto a year or more (11 months for a few standard spares that I ordered at the SAME TIME as my Bushmule) is not unusual!
This has put people off ordering planes, until a reasonable complement of spares is READILY available!
*Reply* Thank you Mr Hartill for your reply. The spares issue has been ongoing for a very long time and has still not been resolved even though HK said it would be! There are two new planes that I'm interested in but I will leave it until spring to see if the spares situation has been resolved, if at all!

And now that they have a 6-month warranty Iâm super-delighted. Replacements are super easy. Returns are no problem. Shipping is fast and consistent. Missing parts and no way of getting in touch
I have received my order and it has parts missing and the box it was sent in has not been stuck down and can be just slid off the top.
I want to report this but all emails from them are set to no reply.
I have tried logging into my account to report this using a form they state needs to be completed when you search what to do in these circumstances. The log in does not work.
I have tried resetting the password about 10 times but this does not work.
I have also tried setting up a new account but it says I canât do this as my email is already being used.
They only have bots replying on their help screen so I have no way to get in touch.
It is impossible to resolve my issue and they make it impossible to get in touch to resolve issues.

Hobbyking is selling a large range of products at often cool prices event if they rise as every company does in the last years.
The support provide progress over the ten years.
The bad side is they don't provide spare parts more than 3 years for their homemade products. You have to hope them to produce version 2 of your model and hope the new parts are also mounting on the old version.
Stupid thing is they don't keep their best sellers to the catalogue as basic sales ... Innovation is great, new products too but not successfull all the time.
Overall it's good thing they exist.
I'm a customer since 2008.
