Buongiorno, nulla da dire per quanto riguarda il personale, con cui ho interloquito, di Hobbyland, ma il prodotto acquistato sinceramente mi sembra veramente scarso e privo di spiegazioni per l'utilizzo...
Colori sbiaditi, alcuni opachi e malgrado non diluiti, uno in particolare non ha fatto le bolle.....

Buongiorno, ci dispiace leggere che la sua esperienza non sia stata soddisfacente.

Si tratta di un prodotto tecnico, pensato principalmente per chi già utilizza materiali per la vetrofusione, motivo per cui il produttore fornisce istruzioni essenziali. In ogni caso, siamo sempre disponibili a fornire supporto e indicazioni aggiuntive.

L'effetto finale dipende anche da diversi fattori, come la quantità di prodotto applicata, il tipo di vetro, il posizionamento tra i vetri e il ciclo di cottura. Se alcuni colori non hanno dato il risultato atteso, saremo lieti di aiutarla a capire cosa possa essere successo: se ci descrive come ha applicato il prodotto, il ciclo di cottura utilizzato e ci invia qualche fotografia del risultato, potremo darle indicazioni per ottenere l'effetto desiderato.

Restiamo a disposizione per aiutarla a risolvere il problema.

The radial brushes you purchased are genuine 3M products, sourced from an authorized Japanese distributor. 3M supplies its industrial products through regional channels worldwide, and items distributed via the Japanese market routinely include Japanese-language documentation, This is standard practice and has no bearing on the product's origin or authenticity. We have confirmed this directly with our supplier.

If you have any remaining doubts, we are glad to provide supporting documentation.

We would also like to address one more point: implying that dishonesty is a national trait is not a fair or accurate characterization, and we do not believe it reflects well on the review. We have always operated with full transparency and stand behind every product we sell.
