Ashley and Alfie attended our home to fit a filter to our Valliant boiler, also replaced a 10mm Lockshield Radiator Valve, and checked and balanced the whole system.
They explained everything clearly during the process, they were very well manered and professional throughout, a credit to the company, very well done.
We have requested Holdcroft's to service our Gas & Heating every year.
We would have no problem in recommending Holdcroft Gas & Heating to family and friends.

Really good customer service. My 92 year old mother’s boiler broke down the evening before I contacted Holdcroft heating, I explained the situation to the customer service representative and she arranged for an engineer to attend in the afternoon. Phil who attended diagnosed the problem and promptly sorted it out. Very pleasant and well mannered person. £65 call out charge which is very reasonable when you compare to British Gas who would have charged £125 for the first hour. Will sort a service plan with them for my mother now as I have used them for a few years.

This was the first service on a new boiler installed by Holdcroft 12 months ago, excellent young man (Kian LLoyd ) very clean job and very polite engineer.
Have used this company for some 10 years and always had polite, respectful and excellent service including the ladies in the office.

Leigh came to replace our boiler very friendly and explained everything to me which I could understand he was on time and cleaned up after finishing he's work.im more than happy with this company price on a new boiler was very reasonable the staff in the office very pleasant will recommend this out standing company to all my friends.thank you all atholdcroft heating.frm A whiley

Excellent service from Holdcroft heating once again. Rang with a problem with my boiler and they responded immediately. They said the engineer was named Martin and would be with be with me at a certain time. Martin arrived on time and was very professional &courteous he explained everything quite clearly and left no mess at all. Would like to think if I have a problem in the future they would send
him.l would not hesitate to recommend Holdcroft heating.

Ashley and Jack came out to remove a back boiler and fireplace as well as a flu liner. They not only did a fantastic job but were also very polite extremely informative about what I could do with the cavity e.g turn it into a feature, get it plastered, top with a pepper pot on the chimney etc and were cleanly, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. They are both a credit to the service and thankful to have work done by them! Massive shout outs to them and Holdcroft heating

If I could give 10 stars I would. From start to finish the service we have received from Holdcroft Heating has been absolutely fantastic. Matt came out to survey and was really helpful when deciding which boiler best suited our needs. In super quick speed Ash & Alfie then came to install. I could not be more pleased, they worked their socks off from the moment they arrived, until the moment they left . Everywhere was sheeted up, the guys went above and beyond at all times exceeding my expectations and throughly cleaned up before leaving. Dave the electrician was also a really fab guy! Thank you all so much! I would not hesitate to recommend you guys and you will always be my first port of call in the future! Happy with the price, happy with the service and happy with the heat in my home. So glad we shopped local 🙏

They fitted our new boiler. So efficient and polite. Very tidy workers. A year after fitting I had a call to remind me it was due a service. Booked me in. Such competitive rates. Don’t bother going on Facebook asking who can do me this, go with this company. Fabulous

From booking through to sorting out the problem with my boiler fantastic service. Martin, the engineer' was friendly and helpful and made sure I wasn't left without heating and hot water whilst also ensuring that my boiler was compliant and safe. 100% would recommend.

The service engineer (Steve) is very knowledgeable and thorough. Gas fire now works perfectly.

Had modern radiators fitted throughout. Not the easiest to deal with and the house bought its own challenges. Despite this tphe fitters not only did a great job but hsd to come up with solutions to the problems the house presented.
