When I arrive to pick my item up the lady challenge me about my order number and when I pointed to my item she said it wasn't mine ? Thank god a young girl turned up and saved the day........ ordering on line wasn't the best option next time I will buy in store

Staff were very helpful, however large item was damaged which was disappointing considering the price and that we had drove a distance to collect it so returning and reordering wasn't an option we are left with a damaged item

Was approached by a very knowledgeable man called Tom whilst looking confused at a caulk gun. He helped me choose the right stuff and told me what to do when I got home. It was so lovely to be approached and expert help volunteered by such a nice person. He even got another team member to come and give his opinion too, and John from the garden section walked me all the way to the till and helped me with advice and product selection, stayed with me until I was happy I had what I needed and knew what to do. Wish every trip into this kind of store could be this fruitful.

John the gardener is a legend. He helped me choose stones for my property, loaded them up, walked me to till and helped me to the car. He made my purchase fun with a bit of craic. I ll definitely be back. Excellent customer service.

John the gardener so helpful in everyday. So knowledgeable about products. He brought me to the aisle to make sure I picked up the correct product which I really appreciated. He went above and beyond. I'm on my way back now to buy some more things off him.

There was great customer service from Karen and John the gardener gave very helpful advice and he looked after us very well in Boucher Road Homebase. They supported a local school created a garden of Sanctuary for their children.

Purchased a kitchen from homebase. Michael our planner was professional from start to finish. He helped plan our new kitchen which was a complete rip out and nothing was a problem when we made a few changes. He was on time for the onsite measuring just to check everything. The fitter Michael assigned to us was very professional and tidy and always on time. Units arrived first thing on the day they were due. Very pleased and would recommend homebase to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

Fast easy stress free

I attended the garden centre today and was helped by Tanu. Tanu was very friendly and helpful along with John who provided advice. Thank you both for all your help and assistance!

I was at Homebase, Boucher Road, Belfast on 16th April 2024.

I was planning on buying fake olive
Trees and stones and pots. A lovely staff member named John (garden section) persuaded me to change my mind on the fake trees and in fact go with the real olive trees and gave me the best advice on how to care for and maintain them.

I was actually going to buy the fake ones from another store!

John was so so helpful and friendly and he even helped me out the car with all the stuff I bought.

Homebase should be proud to have a staff member like John…….if only all shops had a staff member like him!

My click and collect order was ready and brought to me quickly when I went to the counter. The staff member who brought it to me offered to help me to the car (which was appreciated but unnecessary). The staff are always polite and helpful

Went in looking for terracotta window boxes,none on display so one of the guys ( John) kindly went to the storage area at the back and brought back three pots ,just what I was looking for,super helpful and couldn't do enough to help us.Great guy and great brand embassador.

John the gardener was a great help getting our hydrangea picked with tons of great advice, and always willing to help out. Great knowledge and will be back again
